The physical album contains a CD, a booklet with photos, lyrics and the years each song was written. There's also a space for dedications and thanks.
The case is made out of cardboard and the booklet is paper, so if you should ever want to dispose of your album you can do so thoughtfully by composting it and feeding it to your garden. The CD does not compost but it can be re-used by hanging it on a string in your fruit trees to help keep birds away.
